Yes, you can. When checking out, scroll down until you see the gray “Guest Checkout” option, which allows you to use any major debit or credit card.
What is your refund policy?
Since our training is free, the only cost is the optional $85 certification fee after course completion. This fee is non-refundable because it is the student’s responsibility to confirm that our certificate fits their needs, goals, and employer requirements before purchasing.
How long will it take to receive my certificate once I complete the course?
After finishing the course and purchasing your certificate, you will receive your certificate of completion by email within 2–3 business days.
How long can I access the course?
You will have full access to your Free HHA Course for one year or until you finish it.
How many days does it take to complete the course?
Completion time varies for each student. The program is entirely self-paced. The more time you devote each day and the faster you absorb the material, the sooner you can finish. Students with previous caregiving or medical knowledge often finish significantly faster.
What should I expect when applying for a job at a Home Health Agency?
Most agencies require applicants to pass a competency exam to demonstrate their abilities. In some states and for some employers, formal training or certification may not be required. Because each employer is different, we cannot and do not guarantee employment. Always research the employment requirements of the agency you want to work for before purchasing your certificate.
What is the difference between your online course and attending an in-person school?
The online course gives you the freedom to learn without commuting, fixed class schedules, or costly textbooks and equipment. You can study at your own pace from the comfort of your home or anywhere with internet access. It is a flexible and practical way to build valuable caregiving skills.
Do I need your course to get a job as a caregiver?
Requirements vary widely. Some agencies require more training, while others, especially those not accepting Medicare or Medicaid, may require less. Many students take our course to prepare for an agency competency exam, learn how to care for family members, or build the confidence needed to start an independent caregiver business. Always verify your state’s regulations and your preferred employer’s expectations before purchasing your certificate.
How are you able to offer your nursing courses for free?
We are able to provide free caregiver education because we operate fully online. Without classroom buildings, utility costs, or in-person teaching staff, we can deliver valuable instruction at no cost while maintaining the integrity and quality of the curriculum.
Is financial aid available?
Yes. Your entire course is free, which acts as built-in financial assistance. If you desire a certificate of completion, you may purchase it after passing the course exam.

Does the course certificate cost extra?
Yes. The certificate is optional and not included with the free course. After you pass the final exam, you may choose to purchase the certificate. Your certificate of completion will be emailed within 2–3 business days.
