Interested in learning practical Home Health Aide skills for family caregiving, independent private caregiving, professional development, or simply expanding your knowledge of home care?
Our HHA Online Course provides a flexible way to learn common caregiver concepts, skills, and procedures entirely online and at your own pace.
Free Course Access
You can enroll and access the HHA Online Course for free.
There is no charge to study the course material, complete the lessons, or take the course examinations. Students receive access to their course for up to one year and may work through the material according to their own schedule.
Whether you are new to caregiving or already familiar with HHA terminology and procedures, the self-paced format allows you to move through familiar material quickly while spending additional time on subjects you would like to review.
Students must earn a minimum score of 80% on required examinations. Unlimited test retakes are available, allowing you to review the material and try again when necessary.
The course also includes access to CPR and Basic First Aid (BFA) coursework at no additional charge.
Optional Certificate of Completion
After successfully completing the HHA Online Course, your final examination results are available immediately.
Students who would like documentation of their course completion may choose to purchase a Certificate of Completion after finishing the course.
Purchasing a certificate is completely optional. You may access and complete the course without purchasing one.
Certificate requests are generally processed and emailed within 3–5 business days after purchase and completion of the applicable requirements.
All Certificate of Completion purchases are final and non-refundable.
Before purchasing your certificate, please review the information provided about our services and confirm that the certificate is appropriate for your intended purpose. By purchasing a Certificate of Completion, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge that the purchase is non-refundable.
Getting Started With Your HHA Online Course
1. Enroll in the Course
Click “Add to Cart” and then “View Cart.” Complete the requested enrollment information. There is no charge for course access.

2. Log Into Your Account
After completing enrollment, click the login link at the top of the website and enter the account information you created during enrollment.
3. Begin Your Course
Open your HHA Online Course, scroll to the course content, and select “Course Introduction” in Lesson One to get started.
4. Need Help?
If you have difficulty accessing your course, text (844) 625-4368 and include the email address associated with your account. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy
The HHA Online Course itself is provided free of charge, so there is no course enrollment fee to refund.
Students may optionally purchase their Certificate of Completion after successfully completing the course.
Certificate of Completion purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds.
Because you are able to access and complete the course before deciding whether to purchase a certificate, we encourage you to review the course, our website information, and your individual needs before completing your certificate purchase.
